Terms and Conditions for the ERA Protect Smart Universal Door Handle Giveaway.

1.1 We are ERA Home Security Limited a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 02838541 and our registered office is at 29 Queen Anne's Gate, London, United Kingdom, SW1H 9BU. Our VAT registration number is GB 905 1068 53.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions govern the Smart Universal Door Handle giveaway offer that you are entering into via our social media platforms Facebook and Instagram. A legally binding contract will be formed between us as set out in Clause 2 below.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions do not apply if you have bought products from us from one of our physical stores or using any other ordering method.

- Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of ERA Home Security , their families, or anyone else connected to the company or the giveaway. Entrants must have a valid social media account (Instagram or Facebook) and follow the entry requirements.
- Entry Requirements:
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
- Like the giveaway post on META social media platform.
- Follow ERA Home Security official account.
- Tag 2 friends in the comments section of the giveaway post.
- Share the post on their story and tag ERA Home Security for an extra entry.
Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must tag different friends.
- Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway starts on 14/11/2024 and ends on 02/12/2024 at London time. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
- Prize:
The prize is one (1) Universal Smart Door Handle manufactured under the ERA Protect brand. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability.
- Winner Selection:
One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries. The draw will take place on 05/12/2024. The winner will be announced via ERA Home Security official social media account and contacted via direct message within 3 days.
- Claiming the Prize:
The winner must respond to the direct message within 5 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, a new winner will be drawn at random.
- Publicity:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to their name, social media handle, and any content submitted being used in promotional material by ERA Home Security on our social media accounts, without additional compensation.
- Liability:
ERA Home Security is not responsible for:
- Inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.
- Any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered in connection with the prize or the giveaway itself.
- Privacy:
ERA Home Security will collect and process personal data in accordance with ERA Home Security Privacy Policy. Data collected during the giveaway will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway.
- Disqualification:
ERA Home Security reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or appears to be fraudulent. Bulk entries from bots or third-party services will not be accepted.
- Amendments:
ERA Home Security reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these Terms and Conditions without notice in case of any unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond its control.
- Governing Law:
This giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the same country.
14. Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at ERA Home Security Limited, Valiant Way, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV9 5GB and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time.
15. Changes to legal notices
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, so please refer to them as often as possible, as any future changes will apply to any future orders that you wish to make.

17. Dispute Resolution
If you are not happy with anything that we provide to you under these Terms and Conditions, including the products, in the first instance you can raise the issue via help@eraprotect.com. If this does not resolve your complaint within a reasonable time, you may escalate it to the ERA Customer Support Manager either via email at help@eraprotect.com or by post to ERA Home Security Limited Valiant Way, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV9 5GB. This process does not impact your legal rights and you can still bring legal proceedings.
