Delivery and returns:

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Orders placed after 1.30pm will be dispatched the following business day (For example, if ordered on Monday at 2pm, your delivery may arrive on Wednesday).

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer £4.95 flat rate shipping to UK mainland and a free service on orders over £50 ex VAT. Additional services can be offered. Shipping to highlands and islands can be arranged by contacting our team on 01922 666097

Orders placed before 2 pm will be received within 2 - 3 business days (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays).

International Shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@eraprotect.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

30-day ‘No Fuss’ Money Back Guarantee (our “Goodwill Return Policy”)

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return the goods. 

Please contact us on 0345 257 2500 or by email help@eraprotect.com to provide the reason for return, and obtain your RMA number. You will then be provided with a returns reference, and a return address.

Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracked return services to insure your package is returned to us, as we will not be liable for any losses.

Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund must be delivered in unused or unworn and in the same condition as you received it, with the tags still on the product.

In the event an item is received broken or damaged, then you will be given a full refund or we’re happy to exchange the item, dependent on what you are likely to prefer.
