Smart Report
The Smart Reports feature for ERA Smart Home users provides a comprehensive monthly summary of all actions and events within their account.
This includes details such as the number of videos recorded and watched, times the hub was armed, system health status, camera offline incidents, alarm activations, carbon footprint, and motion detections.
To access this feature, users simply click on the Smart Report icon in the home screen toolbar of the ERA Smart Home App, complete a one-time walkthrough, and agree to the terms and conditions.
The smart report will be available within 24 hours, offering users valuable insights into their home security activities and system performance.
The smart report will be a summary of all the actions and events in your account for the last month, including:
- How many videos you have recorded and watched
- How many times you armed your hub
- The overall general health of your overall system
- Number of times your cameras went offline
- Number of times your alarm was armed
- Your carbon footprint
- And the number of motion detections by your camera.

John, who often travels for business, recently installed the ERA Smart Home system to keep an eye on his property from afar.
Within a day, John received a comprehensive report detailing his security activities, including the number of videos recorded and watched, instances of hub arming, system health status, camera offline incidents, alarm activations, carbon footprint, and motion detections.
One evening, while reviewing the smart report, John noticed an unusual increase in late-night motion detections. Curious, he checked the video recordings and discovered a stray animal was triggering his outdoor cameras. This insight allowed him to adjust the camera sensitivity,
reducing false alarms.
